Standing up a site
How testing fits into getting a site running.
Testing does not arrive on its own. It arrives with a clinic, and the clinic gets sized to your project. Mobilization is a one-time $2,500 that covers shipping materials, equipment and/or a trailer, setting up the site, and a baseline training day. From there, testing runs as scheduled events against your headcount.
On-site embedded clinic
A permanent or long-term installation inside your facility, with our staff integrated into your safety team. Best for large-footprint industrial clients with 100+ employees and ongoing health needs.
Connex / trailer deployment
A self-contained modular clinic — connex container or purpose-built trailer — deployed to a remote worksite. Includes examination space, medication storage, and diagnostic equipment. Best for medium-term construction or energy projects with no medical facility nearby.
Mobile clinic response
A vehicle-based clinic dispatched on demand or on a scheduled rotation. A higher mobilization fee applies to offset deployment cost. Best for short-duration projects, initial site surveys, or coverage gaps.
Two things we settle before we test anyone
These are go/no-go gates, not paperwork. We run them during site survey, before a contract commits either of us to something the site cannot actually support.
CLIA certificate scope
Any site performing even a single waived test must hold a CLIA Certificate of Waiver before testing patients. For a mobile, multi-site operation we confirm with the CMS state agency whether one certificate covers all trailers and client sites, or whether separate certificates are required by location. That determination is made before the first billable test and documented in the compliance file.

Because audiograms happen in a trailer rather than a fixed booth, we verify octave-band noise levels against the Appendix D limits with a Type 2 sound level meter before baseline testing begins at any new site. A site that cannot meet the limits is not tested until it can. We would rather tell you that during survey than hand you invalid baselines.
On every service line
What you get told, and what you do not.
Results live in the Occupational Health Record, separate from the personnel file. Supervisors receive fitness-for-duty and restriction information only — never underlying results or diagnoses. Employee medical records are retained for the duration of employment plus 30 years, per 29 CFR 1910.1020.
Our staff perform screening and data collection. Interpretation, diagnosis, and certification decisions belong to the supervising physician, PLHCP, MRO, or medical examiner as the specific service requires. That line does not move for anyone's convenience.
