What it costs
Monthly site service, per site
A flat monthly rate for each active site. It covers on-call paramedic access for your crew, scheduled site visits, and stocked, tracked supplies on site.
Telehealth time, only when connected
You are billed for a paramedic's time only while your crew is actually connected. If you don't activate us, we don't bill you for the hourly. A typical encounter runs about 15-30 minutes, and the appointment ends when the treatment is finished, care is handed off to another provider, or the team member has no more complaints.
Site mobilization
Single setup when your site begins. It covers shipping materials, equipment, and/or a trailer and setting up the site, and a baseline training day for CPR/First-Aid/AED, and other courses.
A month with no incidents costs $800, and nothing more. You are never charged per injury, and you are never billed for a paramedic sitting idle. Size, location, and signal all shape the mobilization fee, so we scope every site before quoting it.
What it is
What the service actually covers.
- Mobilization. When a site comes online, we ship a stocked first-aid bag, some equipment, and offer training to your staff on how to use the equipment and application so they are prepared.
- As-needed clinical assessments. When a worker is hurt or sick, a licensed clinician (a paramedic or EMT experienced in occupational health) connects on demand. The clinician assesses the worker over telemedicine and will advise first steps, always starting with first aid treatment.
- Real-time treatments. The clinician walks your certified crew through first aid treatment steps, then manages the case toward getting the worker back to baseline through ongoing follow ups telemedicine and treatment.
- Appropriate escalation. Workers with a stable presentation who need more get an outpatient order (for example, imaging), coming from our own occupational physician. Workers with an unstable presentation get immediate emergency direction. Medic Cadence gets people the appropriate care they need.
- Case Management. Whether your team member needs outpatient orders or needs an ambulance, or for 99% of cases that require first aid only, our medics guide the case, advising points of contact for that job site on the most appropriate next moves. We will manage the case from time of injury until return to baseline.
How we run it
The standards we hold, including where they exceed the rule.
- Your crew are the hands. The paramedic is the medical brain. When a worker is hurt, one of your CPR, First Aid, and AED certified team members, usually a foreman, superintendent, or team lead, opens the app and connects. A licensed paramedic is on screen within minutes.
- The paramedic assesses the worker over telemedicine and walks your certified responder through the care step by step, in real time. Your people stay squarely within their certified first-aid scope. The paramedic makes the clinical calls: what to do on site, when to send someone for imaging, and when to escalate to 911.
- Care stays within first-aid and CPR scope — what a trained responder can safely do under live clinical guidance. The clinician's job is to get the right care to the worker, fast.
- If a worker presents as unstable or needs a higher level of care, the clinician escalates immediately, directing to emergency services or the right next step. Medic Cadence is built to get people the care they need, not to keep anyone from it.
- Licensed mid-level clinicians answer every call: paramedics and EMTs experienced in occupational health.

- All it takes on your end is at least one certified responder on site and a way to connect. That is the whole footprint.
- Tell us about the project — site size, type of work, location, and how long the project runs. It takes a couple of minutes.
- We mobilize the site. We ship a stocked, contents-tracked first-aid bag and the equipment your site needs, then designate your CPR/First Aid certified responders.
- Don't have certified responders? We provide CPR, First Aid, AED, and Stop the Bleed certifications to get you started. If your crew is not certified yet, we run the certifications as part of bringing the site online, so you are never waiting on us to be covered.
- You go live. From then on, a licensed paramedic is one tap away the moment someone is hurt, for the life of the project.
Results live in the Occupational Health Record, separate from the personnel file. Supervisors receive fitness-for-duty and restriction information only — never underlying results or diagnoses. Employee medical records are retained for the duration of employment plus 30 years, per 29 CFR 1910.1020.
